Jessica Wilson maintains a general civil litigation practice, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, including business torts and securities litigation. Ms. Wilson also has experience in legal malpractice and personal injury defense, patent litigation, commercial property tax litigation, and energy industry litigation.

Ms. Wilson has litigation experience in both state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate levels. She often acts as local counsel for out-of-state litigants in Texas state and federal courts. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Federal and Fifth Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Northern District of Ohio.
