Jarrett Ganer maintains a general civil litigation practice, focused on commercial and financial services litigation, including life, health and disability insurance litigation, ERISA litigation, securities and shareholders litigation, construction and real estate litigation, and business tort litigation. Mr. Ganer has extensive litigation experience related to secondary market transactions of life and annuity products.

Mr. Ganer was an associate with Bracewell & Giuliani LLP before joining Edison, McDowell & Hetherington LLP in January 2009.
