Courtney Scantlin practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation matters, including breach of complex, commercial agreements, non-competition agreements, fraud, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, unfair competition and construction law.

To further serve business clients, Ms. Scantlin is also experienced in employment law matters. In the employment arena, she has successfully resolved numerous Title VII cases, claims of sexual harassment, violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and race discrimination.

• Obtained favorable settlement for Fortune 500 Company in an employment discrimination case that subsequently resulted in the dismissal of three additional discrimination cases in the same jurisdiction.
