Bradley Aiken is a trial lawyer with a general civil litigation practice. He has handled a myriad of disputes, including cases concerning breach of contract, securities fraud, professional liability and trade secret infringement.
After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in finance, Mr. Aiken worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. as an Investment Banking Analyst. As an analyst, he focused on oil and gas issues in the southwest region, advising clients on financing, merger and acquisitions and strategic structural alternatives. Mr. Aiken is determined to leverage his financial background to pragmatically develop creative solutions tailored to the needs of his clients.
Mr. Aiken spent a year at a well-known litigation boutique before joining Edison, McDowell & Hetherington LLP in January 2009.
