Allison Abel practices general civil litigation focusing on commercial litigation matters.  Ms. Abel has experience in international arbitration and litigation and has represented a broad range of clients in arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce, the LCIA, and regional arbitral institutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Abel practiced in Switzerland and in Italy.  She served as Team Leader to the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Zurich, Switzerland, where she handled proceedings involving claims against Swiss banks relating to Holocaust-era accounts.  Ms. Abel served as Legal Counsel in the General Counsel’s office of the United Nations in Italy and as Legal Counsel at one of Italy’s largest commercial law firms.  Before practicing in Europe, Ms. Abel was an attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.
