Valery C. Treida - Edison, McDowell & Hetherington LLP

Valery Treida practices in the firm’s Dallas/Ft. Worth office, where she maintains a general civil litigation practice, including life and health insurance litigation and factoring litigation. Valery also devotes a portion of her practice to representing some of the nation’s leading insurance companies in actions throughout the country relating to secondary market transactions of life and annuity products. Valery has represented her clients in State and Federal courts in Texas, and in states including California, Michigan, and Arkansas.

While at Baylor Law School, Valery was a member of the Order of Barristers and an articles editor for the Baylor Law Review.

Outside the office, Valery enjoys watching TCU football, traveling, listening to talk radio and playing with her dog, Ari. Valery also enjoys distance running and has completed the Chicago Marathon as well as several half marathons.
