McDowell joined forced to form their own national, boutique litigation firm, Edison, McDowell & Hetherington LLP, based in Houston, Texas. Prior to founding EMH, Mr. Edison was a high-profile trial partner at the highly regarded law firm, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, where he also served as the hiring partner. He is a regular presenter at continuing legal education seminars and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center.
