Houston, TX (December 9, 2011) — EMH is pleased to announce that Alana Pulaski has been elected a partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2012.

Ms. Pulaski has a diverse commercial litigation practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings across the country.  She also has significant experience in shareholder and securities litigation, including representation of special litigation committees and board of directors.  Ms. Pulaski is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and Emory University School of Law.  Following law school, Ms. Pulaski served as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez at the Supreme Court of Texas.
